Vacancy - FIRST LINE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - CLEVEDON.
IT Support company based in Clevedon.
The role involves first line support of clients computer systems and support administration.
You must have experience in the first line support of Microsoft Operating Systems,
servers and desktop equipment. You will be expected to tackle clients' technical problems by telephone and by remote access, occasionally you
may need to attend a clients' site. You will be extremely client focused and nothing
will ever be too much trouble. Process driven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills are a must as is the ability to work without supervision in high pressure situations. The
ability to communicate clearly, concisely and regularly with the client and with your colleagues is essential. Salary will be £17,500 per annum and there will be opportunity to progress within the company.
